I. GENERAL TERMS

• I will only accept commissions of characters with a reference sheet. For any commissions of a character without a reference sheet, I will request an extra of 20% the commission price. (ex; 25$+ 5$=30$)

• Any ill or rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled. 

• I reserve the right to refuse any commissions. ( See ''WILL/WILL NOT DRAW'' section)

• I can communicate in english or french.

II. PAYMENT

• I accept payment through PayPal or Ko-fi.

• All commissions must be paid upfront.

• Even though I am Canadian, all of my prices are in USD for now, as the majority of my clients are from the US.

III. PROCESS

• After payment is received you will be added to the queue. (Available on Trello) 

• I pride myself in my transparency and my numerous communications through the commission process. There is no need to ask me everyday about your commission

• I always give an approximate date for the completion of your commission, if for any reasons I have to push back the date you will be informed.

• I will give you multiple WIPs (Work In Progress) to make sure no errors are made. Usually, i send one after the first rough sketch, after the finished sketch and after the coloring step. It always depends what kind of commission you are getting.

IV. CLIENT SATISFACTION

• Remember that I want YOU to be happy with your commission, it is an art YOU paid for after all. However, after a commission is completed, only small changes are allowed to be made such as details/ color mistakes. Any great changes will come with an extra fee.

V. COPYRIGHTS / USAGE POLICY

• I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

• Therefor, I am allowed to use the art to promote myself in any sites and post it whenever I want.

• As the commissioner, you are allowed to ; use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist (me).

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

 

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)

• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

• Removing any watermarks/signatures. 

• altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

VI. CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICY

• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the sketch has started.

• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.

• You will forbidden to ever commission me, Taladoge, ever again.

 VII. WHAT I WILL AND WONT DRAW

Will draw ; Any species, any genders, SFW & NSFW.

Will NOT draw ; Anything illegal, hate speech/crimes, mechas, humans, copyrighted characters.

If you're uncertain if I can draw something or not, just ask!

VIII. WORK SCHEDULE

​

I have a fulltime job which does not allow me to work 24/7 from my art. I, though, will always make sure to communicate with you if there will be some delays in the progress of your commission. I usually work on commissions in the evenings from monday to friday, and sometimes the week-ends.
